Content Management System (CMS) Our e-solutions include a "Content Management System" that enables event administrators to effectively manage registration data online from start to finish. Our CMS automatically generates reports that are all exportable to Excel allowing event administrators to easily edit/monitor the registration data in real-time. HTG's CMS ensures total ownership of registration data to its clients by providing real-time secure access to event administrators over the internet VIA a "Username" and "Password".

Notification Tool Incorporated into our CMS is a Notification Tool that allows administrators to communicate by e-mail to registrants. Subsets of registrants are provided in the Notification Tool allowing admin to quickly communicate to specific groups (Example: All those that are paid in full and accepted, all that are unpaid, by division etc.).

Automated E-mail Confirmations Once an individual has registered the system sends an automated e-mail "Confirmation/Invoice" or a "Confirmation/Receipt" depending on the payment method selected. Incorporated into the e-mail notification are all of the registration details, financials, contact information and pass through notes from the event/organization. Should future changes be required to an individual’s registration a new e-mail confirmation capturing the changes can be sent at the click of a button.
